Lauren Ash

  Lauren Elizabeth Ash, born on February 4, 1983 is a Canadian actor and comedian based in Los Angeles. She was originally from Belleville, Ontario. Ash is well-known among viewers of television for her character as Dina Fox on the sitcom Superstore. Ash is a grad of Second City Toronto Mainstage, and Second City Chicago mainstage. She is also a part of the sketch comedy duo "Cory!" She is a twice Canadian Comedy Award winner for Best Female Improviser in 2007 and 2006, and has also won for Best Female Performance Television in the film Almost Heroes in 2012 and in 2015 won Best Female Performance in an Feature Film for her role as Carol in the film Dirty Singles. She was also a guest on the show pranks called "Scare Tactics". Lauren and Christy Oxborrow, co-hosts "True Crime and Cocktails" her podcast.
